Wiltshire Sunday Cup semi final

On Sunday we head to Old Town Athletic looking to make it back to back Wiltshire Sunday Cup finals.

In our quarter final against FC Walcot the tie went to penalties where we advanced after winning the shootout 4-1 which set up this weekends clash with Old Town.

Last weekend the luck of penalties was our helper as we advanced to the next round of the presidents cup following our shootout victory over Pals South FC after the game finished 2-2 with both our goals coming from the boot of Callum Sweeney.

Join Nathan and his boys this weekend as we gear up for this massive semi final.

A brance from Callum Sweeney meant the game finished 2-2 after ninety minutes which saw the game go to penalties however they manged to keep their composure as they won 4-1 in the shootout and have advanced to the next round.

Massive congratulations to Nathan Franks and the first team on this positive result.

Weekend roundup

A huge shoutout goes to our Under 14 Tanks side who in their first ever season and only their fourth match overall played Andover New Street in the cup. A single goal from our side was enough to send the tanks into the next round of the cup. A fantastic performance in such a short amount of time massive congratulations to all the players and coaches on this fine acheivement.

Today it was the turn of our fantastic men's side who were looking to continue their fine run this season and following last weekends massive win in the Wiltshire FA Sunday cup after putting seven past Warminster Athletic they were looking to continue that goal rush as we entertained Avon Valley Mens at Arcot Road (Aspire Defence Ground)

A brace from Gerwyn Griffiths was the icing on the cake as they were able to put four past in a convincing 4-1 win.

This Sunday sees our mens side take on Avon Valley FC (Mens) in a Andover & District Sunday Football League division one game

where we aim to continue our winning ways following last weekend's seven goals to one win over Warminster Athletic FC in the Wiltshire FA Sunday Cup.

New Season Fees

In order to encourage more timely payments and to reduce the time to process individual payments received, the committee have therefore made the decision to incentivise the use of our direct debit payment option. From the 2021/22 season all members that pay via direct debit will be credited one month's fees at the end of the season (May 2022).

This discount will only be available to those that use the direct debit payment system from the start of the season. It does not include card payments via PayPal/Stripe or direct bank transfers/standing orders.

We would like to thank all members who regularly pay their fees without prompt and would like to encourage everyone to set up direct debits through their membership login.

Good news! Under the new guidance provided by the Government today, we are pleased to announce that the one spectator per player ruling has been lifted, This does not mean the threat has been completely removed but it is a definate step back to normality, please exercise common sense and be extra careful when at the ground where larger numbers may prevent adequote space for social distancing.

Groups should still be no more than 30 people (sufficinet for most team's spectators groups).

The club must now as a matter of urgency seek to find a suitable replacement to carry on taking the TTFC forward.
